Entrance hall leads into large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of new units and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. The dining room has a large pine table and chairs, seating 8/10 people. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas and two new "snuggle" sofas, a flat screen digital colour television/ with freeviewDVD and Hi-Fi. A further sitting-room/playroom has a double sofa-bed for extra sleeping. There is a shower-room on this floor, which comprises electric shower, wash-basin & WC. Stairs lead to the four bedrooms and family bathroom. There are two, full size bunk bedded rooms, each enjoying beach and sea views. One double bedded room with furniture and views over the town, countryside and dunes. A twin-bedded room with furniture. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash-basin & WC. Bed linen and electricity are included. There is a charge of £15 for central heating, if required.

Outside of the cottage is a patio area and a large area of decking beyond with table and chairs from which to enjoy the fabulous sea and beach views.. The drive is long enough to accommodate 3 cars and there is a parking bay for 2 cars. There are lawned areas of garden to either side of the drive.
