This 3 bedroom, single storey Cornish stone cottage is situated in a fantastic location, just a couple minutes from the main A30 trunk road, yet tucked away at the bottom of a long, private drive, surrounded by open countryside with free access to the owners large, well stocked coarse fishing lake. Sleeps: 6 Tariff Band: M Change-over Day: Saturday No smoking. A small dog is acceptable by prior arrangement.

Description
The decking area to the front of the property has table and chairs and beyond this area is a large lawned area for the private use of the guests. A gate leads to the fishing lake, which guests are free to use. The lake is well stocked, mostly with carp - some of which weigh up to 20lb! Plenty of car-parking outside of the property. The nearest beaches are at Perranporth, which is about a 10 minute drive away and enjoys all the facilities of a popular seaside village, with plenty of convenience shops, restaurants, pubs, gift shops, surf shops and surf hire. Surfing lessons, horse-riding, golf and tennis can all be accessed locally.
