This large, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, family house is in a fantastic location, set at the bottom of its own, long, private drive, surrounded by open-countryside and with free access to a private fishing lake. It is just a couple of minutes from the main A30 trunk road and just 10 minutes to Perranporth with its 3 miles of golden beaches, fantastic surf and all the facilities of this popular seaside village. The spacious accommodation comprises:- Lounge, which has a beamed ceiling and is well furnished with leather suites, 42" Plasma television with Free-view and has french doors which lead to the patio. The large kitchen/dining room is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. A large dining table and bench seating in the dining area. There is a ground floor single bedroom with a separate shower room with washbasin & WC, ideal for a teenager or perhaps grand-parent, who would appreciate not having to use the stairs. On the first floor are a further four bedrooms. Two double bedded rooms, each with en-suite showers, wash-basins & WC's, built-in wardrobes and bedside tables. Two twin-bedded bedrooms also well-furnished. each bedroom enjoys the lovely surrounding countryside views. Electricity and bed-linen are included. Please bring your own towels.
Description
The patio if furnished with garden furniture and there are extensive lawned garden areas for the exclusive use of guests. There is a small lake at the bottom of the garden, which feeds into the fishing lake which is just a short walk away. The fishing lake is free for guests to use and is well stocked, mainly with carp, some of which weigh up to 20lb! (Please be aware that children MUST be supervised at all times, when playing in the garden and not allowed near the lakes without adult supervision). There is ample car parking outside of the property.
