This modern, 3 bedroom, semi-detached house enjoys lovely views of the bowling green and boating lake and is in an ideal position, being just a couple of minutes walk to the village centre and the fabulous 3 miles of golden sands and surf at Perranporth on the beautiful north coast of Cornwall. Entrance hall leads into the spacious and airy lounge, comfortably furnished with sofas and armchair. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, etc. French dors lead into tiled kitchen/dining room. The extendable dining table will seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There is a ground floor WC with wash-basin. A door from the kitchen leads to the rear patio garden. Stairs lead to the three bedrooms - the master bedroom enjoys sea views and is well furnished with wardrobe and chests of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a 4' double bed and furniture and the 3rd bedroom has full size bunk beds. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash-basin & WC. All bed linen and electricity is included. Please bring your own towels.
