The accommodation comprises: Steps lead to the pretty entrance porch and into the kitchen, which is well fitted and equipped with full size cooker, tall larder fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc. The attractive lounge is furnished with a very large sofa and armchair and has colour TV/DVD/Sky digi box. Triple windows give views to the beach, dunes and town. A separate dining room with dining table and chairs and pretty dresser. Stairs lead to the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash-basin. French doors lead to a good size balcony with table and chairs and, again, wonderful views down the beach. The 2nd bedroom has a 4' bed and built in wardrobes. The pretty bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, washbasin & WC. Bed linen and Electricity included. Portable electric heaters are available. Sorry no smoking or pets.
Description
In addition to the balcony accessed from the master bedroom, guests have the use of a large decking area to the front of the property with large wooden table and chairs, as well as sun loungers. A washing line is also available. Although there is no private parking at the property, a weekly parking ticket can be purchased for the local public car park just uphill from the cottage.
