Colston, Bolingey. Situated just a mile from Perranporth and its famed 3 miles of golden sands and safe bathing, this detached, beautifully presented 3 bedroom bungalow, is set in its own grounds in the quiet village of Bolingey, with its 17C inn, serving excellant food and local ales. There are also many country walks to enjoy along dedicated footpaths, including one which take you along the river to the beach. Sleeps 6 TARIFF BAND: L Change-over Day: Saturday A well behaved pet is acceptable, provided they are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms and are exercised off the premises (please refer to our conditions). Entrance hall leads to lounge which is comfortably furnished with 3 piece suite and has a colour television, DVD and video players. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor - one with double bed, bedside lights, built in wardrobe and shelving. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with bedside lights, built in wardrobe and shelving. A third bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, bedside lights, hanging rails and chests of drawers. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a bath, electric shower over, washbasin & WC. Kitchen/diner/living room with comfortable leather sofa and armchair, pine table and bench set to seat 6. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, cooker, fridge, small freezer, microwave, etc. Door leads to rear porch with washing machine. All bed linen and electricity are included in the price. Please bring your own towels (or hire them from us). One, well behaved dog is acceptable provided it is not alowed in bedrooms or on furniture. No smoking.
Description
To the front of the house in a good sized lawned area, which is hedged and gated, so provides a safe play area for children and also a patio area with tables and chairs and sun-loungers. To the rear is a private patio area with furniture and a chiminea, ideal for summer evening barbecues. There is private parking to the front of the property for 2 cars and additional,unrestricted parking across the road. The nearest shops are in Perranporth, just a couple of minutes drive away or there is a bus service close by which serves the village regularly and also to the cathedral city of Truro, which is only 7 miles away.
