The newly fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. A ground-floor cloakroom off with WC and wash-basin. Stairs lead to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One double bedded room with furniture. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with a mixer shower over, wash-basin & WC. Bed linen is included. Electricity is included during the summer. There is a charge of £15 week for heating at other times.
