Sleeps 10 (could be hired with Cres Ha Kerensa Cottage next door which sleeps 4) Family groups only. No smoking. The accommodation, which is arranged over 3 floors comprises- Open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a large, 8 burner, range-style cooker with gas hobs and electric ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. Dining table and chairs. The lounge area has leather sofas and chairs, a colour television with digi-box and DVD player. A small hall off of this room leads to the door to the garden and also to a ground floor shower-room with wash-basin and WC. This room also has a washing machine. Stairs from the living room lead to 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedded with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and 2 bunk bedded rooms with canvas wardrobes and hanging rails. A family bathroom on this floor comprises bath with shower over, wash-basin and WC. Stairs lead to 2 further bedrooms. A very large room with dual aspect windows - one giving sea glimpses. This room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite shower room comprises shower cubicle, wash-basin and WC. A further bunk-bedded room. Electricity and Bed Linen are included. Please bring your own towels. Ample portable electric heaters, if required (there is a charge of £20 week for these September to end April)
Description
A fully enclosed, south facing garden area to the front of the property - partly lawned with a trampoline (for use of guests at own risk) and a wendy house - and a raised area with solid wood patio table and chairs. To the rear is private parking for 2 cars. From here access to the beach by footpath is a couple of minutes walk, as is the village centre with ample convenience shops, butchers, bakers, post office, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and galleries.
