Daisy Cottage, Perranporth. **** One of a pair of brand new barn conversions finished to high standard and graded 4 Stars by VisitBritain. Set in an idyllic, peaceful rural location with fantastic sea views down through the valley, Daisy and Swallow Cottages are within a few minutes drive of Perranporth and its famed 3 miles of glorious beaches. Perranporth Golf Course is close by and the local riding stables are within walking distance of the cottages. Sleeps: 4 Change-over Day: Friday Tariff: M No smoking or pets. Entrance through the stable door into the tiled hall where there is a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and washbasin and with under-floor heating. The open-plan living accommodation comprises a modern, well fitted kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, etc. (There is an on site laundrette with washing machines and tumble driers). The dining area has a table and chairs for four people. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs and has a wall-mounted, flat screen television with DVD and Free-view. Stairs lead off from the lounge to two well appointed bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded, each with built-in wardrobes and with pine chests and bedside tables and lamps. Both enjoy sea and rural views. Bathroom, which is fully tiled and has under-floor heating, has a bath with electric shower over, double wash-basins and WC. Night storage heating, if required.
